DSD is a government agency responsible in offering Technical Education and Vocational Training (TEVT) Programmes to International Students. The purpose of this programme is to encourage youths in becoming certified skilled professionals. #mydream is a community hashtag, initiative for youths to interact & share their dreams & goals.
